CVCraft Pro provides a free CV building service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

2. Acceptable Use

By using CVCraft Pro, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Create CVs containing false information intended to deceive employers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the service

3. Intellectual Property

The CVCraft Pro platform, website design, template designs, logo, and code are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

You retain full ownership of the CV content you create using our tool. We do not claim any rights over your personal CV data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

CVCraft Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Using our templates will result in job interviews or employment
• The service will be compatible with all browsers and devices

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVCraft Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Advertising

CVCraft Pro is supported by Google AdSense advertising to keep the service free. Advertisements are clearly labeled and do not affect the quality or functionality of our service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
